Make Kimchi with a Michelin Restaurant Chef. Stay for Dinner!
One night only. A cozy evening of Korean food, culture, and really good kimchi.
10 years of making kimchi every single week. One evening to learn her secrets.
What if you could learn to make real Korean kimchi from a chef who once led two Michelin starred Korean restaurants?
Meet Chef Suyoung Park, former Executive Chef of Jungsik NYC/Seoul who’s spent the past decade perfecting her own style kimchi recipe.
And this Friday, she’s sharing it with just 20 of us at DAGA!
We’ll spend the evening making kimchi together, learning the chef’s favorite techniques, and discovering what makes homemade Korean kimchi so delicious.
And once we’re done making kimchi? We eat!
Think tender pork suyuk, warm noodles in rich pork broth, freshly made kimchi, a little makgeolli, and gelato from Lefty Gelateria to finish the night.
The best part? You’ll go home with two kinds of kimchi you made yourself, a traditional Korean onggi ceramic jar, and the recipe to make it all over again.
No cooking experience needed. Just bring your appetite and curiosity!
Come make kimchi. Stay for dinner. Leave with something special. ❤️
