​Something shifts at the end of summer, doesn't it? The daylight ends quicker; we think about bringing a cardigan out, the mornings cool before you're ready for them to.

​This September, at Entre Manos, we are building a meal around the flavours of this in-between moment, where it is not quite summer's extravagance, not yet winter's austerity. The sweet, the earthy, the quietly delicious.

​What/Who is Entre Manos?

​Entre Manos is an intimate supper club hosted by Eldora and Taahira, bringing together small groups of curious people to cook, eat, and connect over a shared table. Each edition centres on a seasonal ingredient and a theme that traces its origins, travels, and cultural meaning, as a starting point for open, insightful conversation. ​Join us as we co-create a 4-course vegetarian meal together: with labneh, seared pumpkin and honey, fig carpaccio, a harvest salad of fennel and apple with tahini maple, leek and potato parotta, and a fig confit dessert.

​Who is this for: A small group of curious, hungry people who want to roll up their sleeves, learn something about what they're eating, and leave having made something and likely someone worth remembering.
