Dialing Up Your Leadership: Getting Results Without Losing Trust with John J. Lentini
Leadership is tested when the decision isn't obvious, the pressure is high, or delivering results conflicts with what people need from you.
How do you stay focused on outcomes without compromising your values or losing the trust of your team?
Join leadership development practitioner and former global finance and operations executive John J. Lentini for an introduction to his Six-Dial framework for building better leaders. The framework connects the habits that help us lead ourselves—discipline, mindset, and resilience—with the qualities that help us lead others—integrity, empathy, and influence.
John will walk you through the framework and a guided self-assessment to consider where your leadership is consistent, where it may falter under pressure, and which behavior could benefit from focused attention. Then, in a small group, you'll work through a current leadership challenge or situation with other participants in a facilitated discussion (organized in pairs or groups of three depending on attendance), and consider which of the Six Dials may be relevant.
What you'll take away:
A clearer picture of your leadership behaviors and one area to develop.
A practical framework for thinking through difficult leadership situations.
Fresh perspectives from other participants who may approach similar challenges differently.
One insight, question, or next step to take back to work.
This evening is designed for:
