Mark was founded by Eason Tang, inspired by a simple frustration: the ideas born from books are forgotten too easily, and existing tools breaks our flow while reading. We shared that sentiment with the world a year ago, and it blew the internet away, with 10M people relating.
This launch is the culmination of everything we've built since.
Our first product, Mark II, is a smart bookmark for ideas worth keeping. It captures highlights and voice thoughts as you read, and aggregates them into artifacts/insights to review later. It has a unique yet familiar design, it works the way a highlighter already does, but underneath, it carries everything modern technology can offer.
