Virtual Reading Group: "How to Implement an Operation Warp Speed for Rare Earths"

​The Institute for Progress in partnership with Employ America  have recently released an article on rare earth metals and how to accelerate and secure a supply chain. Jorge is hosting a virtual reading group for it:
