Description:
HAVN classes combine contemporary mat Pilates inspired movements with strength training techniques for a high-intensity, heated, and full-body experience! Each class will leave you feeling strong, sculpted, and sweaty.
While each class is typically set to 95°, we will set it slightly lower to accommodate everyone’s comfort level.
No experience with Pilates needed! Rachel will walk you through all the moves so you can get a safe and effective workout.
The club will cover about 40% of the cost and the small fee will cover the rest.
