Customs Valuation & Transfer Pricing: Audits, Adjustments and Business Reality
Customs valuation is no longer just a declaration exercise. It has become a major audit, tax, reputation and business risk area.
Across Belgium, customs authorities are increasingly scrutinising transfer pricing adjustments, inter-company transactions, valuation documentation, and the gap between policy and operational reality.
This roundtable brings senior customs professionals together to discuss where valuation and transfer pricing collide in practice, and how companies can better prepare before routine questions turn into costly audit exposure.
