Aura Circle: An Evening of Yin Yoga x Guided Journalling
Release, reset, and nurture the soul
An evening of quiet warmth in the heart of winter, a gentle pause to soften, breathe, and return to yourself.
Sink into slow, nurturing Yin shapes, guided breathwork, and reflective journalling that invites reflections and releases.
We will merge a soft, calm and releasing yin yoga session with guided journalling. These complement each othe perfectly as yin allows the body to release and the journalling gives us the opportunity to dive deeper into what emotions, thoughts and tensions are embedded within us. Yin allows us to reset both physically and mentally, using guided journalling as a tool is a powerful way to hone in on what we need, what we want and bring clairty into both body and soul.
Held in soft light and stillness, this evening offers space to release what feels heavy, welcome what feels true, and step into the months ahead with grounded ease.
A cosy mid-winter reset for the mind, body, and inner world. 🤍
Why should people attend this program:
1. It combines Yin with intention-setting + journalling (not just movement).
Unlike standard yoga sessions, this event merges slow, restorative Yin with guided reflection and writing. Participants don’t just stretch, they gain emotional clarity, direction, and a sense of inner grounding for the early-year season. Every cue, prompt, and reflection is intentionally designed, following a guided arch of release, reflection, and re-alignment, which creates a transformative journey rather than a stand-alone class.
2. It’s designed as a mid-winter reset, not a workout.
February can feel heavy, stagnant, and draining. This evening offers a warm, cosy, reflective pause focused on nervous system support, emotional softness, and reconnecting with what feels meaningful, rather than physical performance or fitness goals. With four years of teaching experience, a background in injury recovery, dance and creative writing, the session blends Yin practices with nervous-system–aware guidance to promote real regulation rather than temporary relaxation.
3. It creates a women-centred, community-first experience.
Most yoga classes are individual experiences within a group. This event is intentionally communal: soft lighting, shared journalling, gentle prompts, and a supportive atmosphere where women feel held, heard, and connected, something typical studio classes don’t offer. The community aspect of bringing this workshop to equals is vital to me.
