When Letting Go is Love: How to End Relationships with Care
We’ve all done it before—broken up, moved on, faded out of a friendship, or quit a job. Ending relationships is as much a part of life as beginning them, yet we rarely talk about it. More often than not, endings are messy, tangled in difficult feelings, or quietly avoided. How often do we stay—not because it’s right, but because we’re afraid of what’s on the other side?
Loneliness lingers in the spaces between connection and disconnection, between holding on and letting go. But what if we met endings with care? What if leaving could also be an act of love?
In this community circle, we’ll explore what it means to part ways with intention—whether in friendships, romance, work, or even with past versions of ourselves.
✨ What to expect:
Self-reflection & active listening – exploring how we’ve experienced endings
Playful movement & embodied exercises – stepping out of our heads and into our bodies
Group sharing & collective wisdom – what rituals and practices can support us?
A closing ritual
