About Event

During the 2010s, the focus was on building proof and widescale capabilities in our sector, concentrating firmly on nudging and growing the field of behavioural economics into what is more widely accepted as the behavioural sciences. After more than a decade of applied development in our field, we feel it is time to take stock of the skills we've acquired and to look forward to this next generation—specifically, what skills we need and how they will create value in the 2020s and beyond.

Some of the questions and topics up for discussion will be

"What skills have been important in the last decade, yet are seen now as being overtaken by technology and AI?"

"Are there new roles in this next generation that we've not yet hired for?"

"Are the academic programmes aligned with these new shifts - is there a learning lag or gap?"

We've brought together a panel to provide a rounded perspective across our field.
