Developing Confidence to Influence and Lead
This interactive, two-session workshop will help you develop a plan on how to develop self-confidence and influence as a product designer.
Product + Brand Designers join a 2-week program with 2 interactive workshops focused on helping you understand how to navigate roadblocks and challenges in your career, how to grow your career from senior product designer to Lead designer, and how to build trust and influence as a senior product designer while remaining an individual contributor.
As a Lead Designer, your role is to help set direction, build confidence, and work towards user and business goals. It’s not an easy job, but there are some techniques, methods, and frameworks you can use to help you get there.
This workshop series will leave you with clarity and energy towards the next step of your career. We will do this through discussions and a series of fun and thought-provoking activities.
