RegenOS Summit 2: Technological + Relational Coherence
How do we facilitate human coherence + interoperable tech infrastructure to grow the RegenOS ecosystem, moving towards our goal of ecosystemic fundraising?
In Summit 2 of the RegenOS Live Summit Series on November 6th, we’ll build on insights from Summit 1: exploring holon formation around shared outcomes and systems-mapping to help funders understand portfolio-level impact through clear fundraising narratives. In our mapping exercise at Summit 1, we “flipped the forest ecosystem metaphor”, organizing people & projects around the changes we most want to see in the world rather than focusing on projects as core drivers of the system. This outcomes-focused synthesis has generated a list of 20 Shared Outcomes.
We also introduced the idea of an experiment to form “holons” (or cohorts) of purpose-driven projects around these shared outcomes, and now we can begin to see how our combined efforts lead to an emergent narrative of collaboration to catalyze financial champions to support the RegenOS ecosystem, investing in impact infrastructure for systems change.
Can we move from individual projects → holonic collaboration → systems-shifting investment?
Summit 2 will focus on running this experiment in real time. We’ll spend most of the event participating in emergent holons, working with others who share our desired outcomes, to see how our theories of change and real-world work have the potential to identify opportunities for systems transformation. Breaking out into smaller groups will allow for deeper connection & more substantive engagement than Summit 1.
From these temporary working groups, we hope to see more lasting connections form between purpose-aligned projects. This is a great opportunity to find the others, form bonds and get a sense of what it might be like working together, as well as generating a vision for what combining super-powers might look like. Think: What contributions can my project make? What does my project need to unlock its full potential?
We’ll run this experiment with tech interoperability mapping happening in the background, along with a relational orientation that emphasizes connection, coherence and collaboration. By holding space for the quieter voices in the room to speak their experience, we’ll find more perspective and wisdom. We’ll also continue to define what “RegenOS” is: a participatory, emergent experiment, where you’re invited to invite yourself and help shape the concept, from meme to manifestation.
This isn’t just another networking or mapping event, it’s a hands-on experimentation in collaboration and outcomes-based holon formation.
We’ve received a lot of positive feedback about the 1st event, as well as helpful criticism that will support this next live event to be much more engaging, interactive and actionable outcome-oriented. We invite everyone, especially the skeptics and the elders who have seen this kind of wave of energy rise, fall and crash before, to show up and help guide the flow.
