Community Call: Self Leadership through Emotional Awareness
Self-Leadership Through Emotional Awareness
Hosted by Elizabeth (Liz) Evett
Sponsored by Speaking Emotions LLC
We hear the phrase “self-awareness” all the time — but how often do we actually pause long enough to check in with ourselves?
In this month’s Community Call, we’re exploring emotional awareness, intentional self-leadership, and the ripple effect that happens when women learn how to recognize their internal state and respond with greater intention instead of autopilot.
Together, we’ll talk about how emotional awareness impacts the way we lead, communicate, work, parent, partner, and show up in every relationship around us.

A mom of two and wife to a Navy Veteran, Liz understands firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself while holding everything together.
