Berlin Local Hub: Solopreneur Series #4 - Mapping Your Journey to Work-Life Balance
This session is part of a workshop series and peer community for Learning & Development entrepreneurs who want to build focused, differentiated, and sustainable businesses.
Talking about work-life balance sometimes feels like telling stories about mythical creatures. It may feel like a mirage, or a destination you can never reach. Definitely something others are great at - but you fail miraculously.
Especially complicated when you are a solopreneur - a one-person band managing all the shows while making sure you don’t fall off the trapeze. Believe me when I say “it does not need to be that way”!
It is easy to go down the rabbit hole and lose all sense of where work starts and life begins. This session is designed to help you draw a realistic map, with sensible borders and learn how to conduct border control.
You'll walk away with:
Clarity on what work-life balance looks like
Actionable steps in making the balance work for you
Your own personal crash cart: practical tools and anchors you can reach for whenever life knocks you off balance.
