Wine Club Dinner with Liv Zac Wines, Warramunda Estate VIC

​This regular monthly Dinner series at The Wild Geese Hotel features a three course meal with matched wines per course from local guest winemakers.

​This month we are excited to bing to you Liv Zac Wines, Warramunda Estate, Woori Yallock in Victoria.

​Liv Zak Wine is the daughter label of Warramunda Estate, first established for Liv in 2015 to showcase the varieties and styles she is most passionate about.

​Our Dinner Menu:

​Canape 
Salt cod croquettes with garlic aioli and crispy herbs

​Entree 
Whisky and beetroot cured salmon with Buttermilk dressing, dill oil, kale and croutons

​Main course 
Slow cooked lamb shank with soft polenta, braised greens, garlic, Chili, preserved lemon and broad bean salsa

​Dessert 
Strawberries, white chocolate and vanilla sabayon
