How Good are You Willing to Have it? A Playful Exploration Series🔥
How Good are you willing to have it?
A Playful Exploration of Embodiment, Receiving & Nourishing Connection
What if you could expand your capacity to receive what feels good and what you’re most excited to create?
So many of us are practiced at doing, giving, striving, anticipating, and taking care of what comes next.
But receiving? Slowing down enough to actually feel what nourishes us—and letting ourselves have more of it?
That can be its own practice.
How Good are you willing to have it? is a playful, embodied evening devoted to exploring our capacity for pleasure, nourishment, connection, and receiving.
Through movement, sound, playful relational practices, consensual touch, and plenty of space to notice and communicate what actually feels good to you, we’ll explore:
• Awakening the body through movement, sound, sensation, and play
• Discovering different qualities of nourishing touch and connection
• Practicing asking for more, less, different—or none at all
• Giving and receiving feedback without making it personal
• Expanding your capacity to receive attention, care, pleasure, and support
• Letting good experiences actually land in your body
• Connecting an embodied state of possibility with something you’re ready to call into your life
We’ll begin by getting out of our heads and into our animal bodies—moving, sounding, playing, and reconnecting with sensation.
From there, we’ll explore consent, attunement, requests, feedback, and different forms and qualities of touch. You’ll have opportunities to experiment with what your body enjoys, communicate what you want, and discover what it’s like to receive without needing to reciprocate, perform, or take care of anyone else’s experience.
And then we’ll slow it waaaaay down.
We’ll move into an extended, facilitated space for nourishing connection and consensual touch, including the invitation to gather in a cozy cuddle puddle. Participation in touch is always optional; you are welcome to choose exactly the kind of connection—or spaciousness—that feels right for you.
We’ll close by bringing all that embodied goodness into the rest of your life.
What are you creating, desiring, or ready to receive more fully?
Rather than imagining it only from your mind, you’ll have an opportunity to experience it from a body already connected to nourishment, possibility, and enoughness—to feel into what if this were already becoming real?
This isn’t about chasing a high.
It’s an experiment in increasing your capacity for the good that’s already here—and the good you’re ready to create.
Bring Your Sensation Station ✨
You’re invited (but absolutely not required!) to bring something cozy, playful, or sensory to contribute to our collective nest: a favorite blanket, pillow, soft fabric, massage tool, feather, textured object, or anything else that feels delicious and appropriate for shared exploration.
Comfortable clothes you can move and lounge in are highly encouraged.
