Professional Development Series: Community Quotient in Action
Community Quotient in Action: Learning, Leading, Linking
Join us for an engaging session with Sean Comer as he dives into the concept of Community Quotient (CQ) — the idea that our ability to build meaningful connections and contribute to those around us is just as vital as IQ or EQ. As Vice President of the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, Sean leads programs like Leadership Cincinnati, Cincy Next, and WE Lead, focused on developing civic-minded leaders across the region. Before his Chamber role, Sean taught hundreds of honors students in Xavier University’s Philosophy, Politics, and the Public program, led campus government‑relations efforts, and launched “Beyond Civility” to elevate civic discourse. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Sean’s insights on strengthening CQ to elevate leadership, foster collaboration, and energize both personal and professional networks - all while reflecting on your own impact and growing your network with intention.
Why Attend
You're an emerging professional looking to:
Gain valuable insights from seasoned professionals
Expand your network with like-minded peers
Understand how building community can enhance your personal and professional growth
Agenda
Event starts at 5:30pm, grab a drink and mingle. Our speaker will start around 5:50, leaving the remaining time for networking.
We realize people may be coming from all over Cincinnati, traffic, finishing up work later than planned, and other things come up. But we'd still love to have you join us, even if a little later than planned.
We plan to provide light food and drink. Please RSVP to confirm your attendance.
The goal for the Professional Development Series is to revitalize the emerging professionals community within Cincinnati, through networking and industry-agnostic learning topics on a quarterly basis.
Parking
Attendees can park in front of the building or behind it in the shared garage - parking is free. If parked in the open lot in front of the building (shares a parking lot with Agave & Rye), please enter through the main door of the business complex. The Fueled Collective door will be immediately on your left. If parked in the garage, go to the 1st floor through the garage entrance and Fueled Collective will be on the right.
