​Lex is the Founder of Modality, a Pleasure R&D Lab based in Berlin. After discovering erotic products often weren't designed with deep user understanding in mind, she created Modality to ensure everybody and every body was considered when designing for sexual pleasure. Lex shifts the conversation from the horrors of sexual dysfunction to the possibilities of sexual satisfaction.

​Katie is the Founder of OhMyV, a sexual health biotech based in Berlin. After a cervical cancer scare revealed how existing sexual health products left people dangerously unprotected, she built OhMyV to ensure that safety and pleasure are never a compromise. Katie shifts the conversation from the shame and silence around sexual health to the science and innovation it deserves.

​Susanne is the Founder of hermaid, a midlife health platform based in Berlin. After recognising how little support existed for women navigating the complexities of midlife, she built hermaid to ensure this life stage gets the attention, science and community it deserves. Susanne shifts the conversation from the invisibility of midlife women's health to the possibilities of thriving through it.
