Dark Sky Yoga & Star Stories

​An evening resting on earth under the dark night sky, with Patty Goulet and Miles Starr Radin.

​Yin Yoga: slow yoga poses on the ground to get out of your head and into your body.

​Yoga Nidra: guided rest under the sky. Feel the star stuff you're made of, and set one intention the way stars form a constellation.

​Star Stories: constellations, mythology, star science, and a bit of cosmic perspective.

​Bring: a yoga mat, a sleeping bag or blankets for your nest, and a headlamp (red-light mode or dim-light preferred). Dress for warmth and movement.
