About Event

A private leadership roundtable for Credit Unions and select Regional Banks.

About The Banking AI Exchange

AI in banking has moved beyond the question of whether it will matter.

The harder questions now are about execution.

  • Where is AI genuinely creating value?

  • What does it take to move from experimentation into production?

  • How should institutions modernize without adding unnecessary complexity or risk?

  • And, as AI becomes embedded across banking operations, how should technology, governance, security and the member experience evolve together?

The Banking AI Exchange is a private leadership roundtable bringing together a carefully selected group of senior executives from Credit Unions and select Regional Banks to explore these questions candidly.

This is deliberately not a conventional conference.

There will be no stage, no long presentations and no product demonstrations. Instead, a small group of banking leaders and practitioners will sit around the same table to exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions, examine real-world experiences and discuss what it actually takes to turn AI ambition into enterprise reality.

Attendance will be intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the conversation.

Why This Exchange Is Different

Each conversation will begin with a short perspective, real-world case or provocative question from one of the participating organizations. From there, the discussion moves to the table.

Participants will be encouraged to share what they are seeing inside their organizations, question conventional approaches, compare experiences and explore different points of view.

The objective is not to arrive at predetermined answers. It is to create the kind of conversation that can only happen when the right people are in the room.

Conversations Around the Table

  1. From AI Experimentation to Enterprise Reality

    • What separates AI initiatives that remain pilots from those that become trusted, production-ready capabilities?

    • A conversation around readiness, architecture, integration, organizational constraints, implementation roadblocks and what leaders are learning as AI moves closer to critical banking operations.

  2. Rethinking the Banking Technology Foundation

    • How should Credit Unions modernize core banking, lending and the surrounding technology landscape while balancing speed, resilience, integration complexity and transformation risk?

    • The discussion will explore where modernization creates real leverage and where institutions need to be more deliberate.

  3. The AI-Native Member Experience

    • As member expectations change, what should the next generation of digital banking look like?

    • We will explore how AI could reshape onboarding, servicing, engagement and everyday banking experiences – and where human interaction continues to matter most.

  4. Moving Fast Without Losing Control

    • AI introduces new possibilities, but also new questions around cybersecurity, governance, compliance, explainability and accountability.

    • How can institutions accelerate adoption while maintaining the controls and confidence required in a regulated environment?

  5. What Does the Next Banking Operating Model Look Like?

    • A broader conversation connecting the themes of the day - Where should AI augment people? Where can greater autonomy make sense? Which capabilities should institutions build, buy or partner for? And what needs to change across technology, processes and operating models for AI to create sustainable value?

Who Should Be Around the Table

The Banking AI Exchange is designed for C-level and C-1 leaders from Credit Unions and select Regional Banks who influence technology, business and transformation decisions.

Participation is curated based on seniority, relevance and current priorities.

Designed for Candid Conversation

The Exchange will operate under Chatham House-style principles.

Participants are encouraged to speak openly and may use the insights that emerge from the discussions, but individual comments and viewpoints should not be attributed to participants or their organizations outside the room.

The intention is to create an environment where executives can discuss not only what has worked, but also the difficult questions, trade-offs and lessons that are rarely explored on a conference stage.
