About Event

​Holding an LP position on a volatile pair has long meant betting fees will outpace impermanent loss. UHI9 builders spent eight weeks designing hooks that change that bet.

​The Yield-Protected AMM is one of four frontier themes the Uniswap Foundation is backing through 2026. The design space covers IL insurance hooks, YieldBasis-style fixed-yield systems, delta-neutral hedging, and fee-smoothing primitives: categories where specialized hooks could become Uniswap's moat for sustainable LP economics.

​On June 19, our ninth cohort presents its capstone Hookathon projects. Live demos, technical Q&A, and a panel scoring on rigor and shipping potential.
