​​The Big Sister Corner is our quarterly community office-hour session where members get direct access to Ada, founder of She Code Africa. Drawing from her years of industry experience, Ada offers practical guidance, answers career questions, and supports women navigating both professional and personal challenges in tech.

​​Whether you're figuring out your next career step, dealing with workplace hurdles, or simply looking for clarity and encouragement, this space is designed to give you honest insights and actionable support.

​​This session is open to all, both SCA community members and women outside the community who are seeking mentorship, direction, or a safe space to ask real questions.
