Iberian Table: Rosado (Spanish Rosé + Late Summer Grill)
It's hot. We're on the patio. Spanish rosado is the answer. Grilled peaches, flatbread, and lamb skewers — paired with some of the best pink wine the Iberian Peninsula has to offer. $50/person.
August in Charleston calls for something cold, pink, and patio-ready.
For this Iberian Table, we're pouring a guided rosado lineup — Garnacha-based, Tempranillo, maybe a Navarra or Basque expression — wines that are dry, bright, and built for heat. Out on the patio we'll be grilling peaches, lamb skewers, and flatbread with olive oil and herbs. Light, seasonal, and exactly what late summer should taste like.
This is the most relaxed event in the series — come thirsty, stay a while.
