Guided Journaling Workshop: End of Month Reflection
We’re often told to journal when we have issues like anxiety or feeling lost.
But why is that? And when we start journaling, what do we even journal about?
If you've wondered that before or just want to get a different perspective on journaling, this session is for you.
Along with insight into the practice of journaling, tea, meditation and sharing are curated together for an integrated experience. It's a great way to start Sunday slow and centred. The aim is for attendees to leave feeling more relaxed and with a better sense of the how and why behind the practice of journaling.
The workshop is capped at 12 attendees.
