A 2.5-hour experience grounded in reflection and creativity for women at a threshold of awareness, who want to be the authors of their own life story.
In this lab, we step out of the roles we play for others, quiet the noise of everyday life, remove expectations and masks. And step into a sanctuary to discover what we want to emerge next by spending time with:
Your Past Story (what's shaped you, what's holding you back)
Your Living Story (real life, in motion)
Your Dream Story (what wants to come next)
And we’ll tie it all together with the Story Compass™.
What We’ll Do
You’ll work with simple creative tools — writing, drawing, intuitive prompts — not to “make art,” but to access what’s already there. You’ll likely recognize something you’ve been circling for a while. And you might surprise yourself.
What You Leave With
A personal Story Compass™, something you’ve created that reflects where you are and what’s calling you next. Plus a way to keep listening beyond the workshop and adapt your Living Story.
Who This Is For
Women who find themselves in an awakening. It could be the threshold of midlife and perimenopause / menopause, a life event, or simply a call to listen. Women who want to engage with their creativity and intuition more freely, to allow what their inner voice is whispering to emerge.
This is for women who want to be the authors of their own life.
No artistic experience needed. Just bring yourself (and a pen and notebook if you prefer your own things for jotting down thoughts).
About the Space
Small group (max 8 women). Thoughtfully guided, but open. Quiet when you need it, connection when you want it.

I design experiences like this because I need them.
I’ve lived a non-linear life for as long as I can remember. This includes taking paths that made sense on paper – such as getting the more practical economics BA, earning my MBA, and working at a management consulting firm as chief customer officer – and choosing stretches that felt right but made sense to no one but me.
I found myself at another crossroads three years ago. I started asking different questions and discovered that the answers didn’t come from thinking harder, but from listening within with more openness. One kernel has led to another and I can look in the rearview mirror and see how many seemingly disparate events and experiences connect to land me here at Pause With Purpose. And this is the first big step in my work to invite women to tell and own their stories, eventually all the way to the screen.
That’s what Pause With Purpose is for.
