今個夏天，我們誠邀大家於週末走到距離中環僅 30 分鐘船程的離島——坪洲。在這片慢節奏的氛圍中，重新認識自己的特質。
這次 World Café 特別聯乘 Island Within 的 Zero。她活出真我，成為頌缽導師，我們希望透過她的故事，啟發大家思考屬於自己的生命方向。同時，在她親自設計的 home studio 裡，讓大家放下城市與工作的包袱，在輕鬆而專注的「世界咖啡館」討論中彼此交流、互相啟發。
我們相信，反思能讓人更肯定與接納自己；而討論，則會映照出每個人獨特的光芒。誰都可發光，只要找對地方。
Being true to yourself is easier said than done. Discovering who you really are feels like a lifelong journey.
This summer, we warmly invite you to spend a weekend on Peng Chau — an outlying island just 30 minutes by ferry from Central. Surrounded by its unhurried rhythm, you will have the space to reconnect with your unique qualities.
This edition of World Café is a special collaboration with Zero from Island Within. By sharing her journey of living authentically and becoming a singing bowl practitioner, we hope to inspire you to reflect on your own life path. In her thoughtfully designed home studio, you will be able to set aside the burdens of city life and work, and engage in relaxed yet focused “World Café” conversations that spark meaningful exchange and mutual inspiration.
We believe reflection helps us affirm and embrace who we are, and dialogue allows each person’s unique light to shine.

Shirley Lam - 引導師 / World Cafe CAT 創辦人
Shirley Lam 是一位促進引導（Facilitation）的倡議者與工作坊主持人，致力於推廣引導技巧及主持世界咖啡館（World Café）活動。她積極透過專業交流與社群分享，讓大眾學習並在不同場景中實踐對話引導。World Café CAT是一個自發的社區計劃，透過在本地小店、空間舉辦不同主題的「世界咖啡館」(World Cafe) ，讓參加者參與討論，聆聽自己的想法、他人的故事，和凝聚大家的集體智慧之餘，發掘及支持社區空間的持續營運。由2023年12月開始，至今已舉辦超過 70 場活動。
Zero - 正念瑜伽、頌缽導師、IFS實踐者
Zero 投身身心靈療癒行業已逾 8 年 ，曾帶領數百場各類工作坊與活動，並累積大量一對一個案經驗。她早年廣泛修習正念、瑜伽、頌缽、銅鑼、能量療法、內在家庭系統（IFS）、非暴力溝通（NVC）等不同門派與技巧 。近年，她將頌缽定為主要鑽研方向，為此多次前往尼泊爾實地學習 ，師承多位老師，涵蓋傳統脈輪頌缽到行星頌缽等不同系統，並在坪洲開設在海邊的靜舍「Island Within」，把所學整合分享，讓大家透過沉浸式體驗，感受回歸初心，走在活出真我，活得自在之道。

Island within 以 Home Studio 的形式設計，一邊日常生活，一邊將所學的東西，融合到Retreat分享出去。空間盡量置空，只放有用的家具，減少視覺雜物，垂下的布簾就當作私人空間。留白的設計靈活多用途 — 如正念瑜伽、正念冥想、以茶會友、頌缽靜心，聚餐、日常寫教案、處理行政、自由書寫。
Island Within is designed in the form of a Home Studio. While living daily life here, what is learned is gently integrated and shared through retreats. The space is kept as open as possible, furnished only with what is necessary to reduce visual clutter. Draped curtains serve as private areas when needed.
Zero 與她的行星頌缽

距離坪洲碼頭大約15分鐘路程，沿海邊走來，讓身心都可以感受慢節奏。About a 15-minute walk from Peng Chau Pier, stroll along the seaside and let both your body and mind embrace the slower pace.
☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？
世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。
第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。
第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。

Standard: 每人$380。
Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的世界咖啡館（我們將致力每月舉辦至少一場），可以選擇 $390 - $400 自由定價。

你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。
☕ What is World Cafe?
World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️
In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.
There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.
After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

💰What is the cost?
Standard: HKD 380 per person.
Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option capped at HKD 400.
✨ What happens if the event has sold out?
You will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot opens up, I’ll reach out to you so you can decide whether you want to join. If no spots become available, a full refund will be issued
