In celebration of my 5 year Substack anniversary, I’m teaching the new introductory class LIVE for Brighter Days, Darker Nights!
Everything you want to know about sunlight, babies, children and families from the scientific to the practical.
How does sunlight work, what are the benefits, how to minimize risks, and especially—how to manage it all with different ages and stages of babies and children in tow?
I’ve got you covered and have been living this and coaching other families through this from preconception through teens (and sometimes the grandparents or other extended relatives in tow, too!) for many years now.
This class will break down everything I’ve learned so far, and give you practical ideas to use and share.
Class format:
This will be hosted as a Substack Live.
I’ll teach for the first hour, then open for community chat.
The chat will be open for everyone so you will be able to interact during the class and for the Q&A.
There’s also a question box when you register—add your questions there so I can make sure to speak to your specific case!
Usually these classes are exclusive for my paid subscribers or paid guests, but since this is my 5 year anniversary of writing on Substack, I decided to open it up to everyone. So yay! I can’t wait for this event—it’s going to be epic!
