Women Working with Women: What Works, What Breaks, What Builds Power

​This is the first RWIT event of its kind: an intimate, no-filter session where we’ll confront the messy side of working with women: the toxic dynamics, the “bad female bosses,” and the mistakes we’ve made ourselves.

​Led by Emma Gibbens, global facilitator and author of Anatomy of Conversation, this isn’t a panel to sit through or a networking event to collect business cards. It’s a co-designed conversation where every voice in the room matters.

​You’ll leave with:

• ​Scripts and phrases to call out toxic dynamics in the moment

• ​Tools to open and frame hard conversations with managers

• ​A sense of solidarity and hope, know you’re not alone in this

• ​The charge to lead the culture change our industry desperately needs

​In the spirit of Thanksgiving and sharing, we’ll also break bread together, literally. We’ll provide baguettes and crackers, and each guest is invited to bring their favourite cheese or charcuterie addition.
