If you know me, you know I've been "working on a book" since forever. Well, I actually was! And it's finished.
It's called BIG TIME OFF: The Transformative Power of Sabbaticals and How to Take One.
Come celebrate with me at the Commonwealth Club on the Embarcadero, Thursday July 23rd, 6-7pm, in conversation with Aarti Shahani. (This is a ticketed event - buy tickets at link above or HERE.)
Aarti is a NPR Fresh Air guest host, bestselling author, friend, and protagonist in the book. Despite her history as NPR's Silicon Valley correspondent, she has promised not to throw me any curveballs. (Maybe I should get that in writing.)

Afterparty is at Barebottle in Bernal Heights (<15 min Uber) from 730-1030. First drink's on me, and there's a food truck for dinner.
