Why this exists
From our first Careers Hub pilot session, a few things came through loud and clear:
The best ops roles often aren’t advertised - they live in conversations, not job boards
Networking matters more than applications…but it’s hard to do consistently (and can feel awkward as hell)
The process is draining - long cycles, little feedback, constant resets
And most importantly: people don’t just need opportunities, they need each other

There’s no structure, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to “have it figured out”.
Just a room of people who get it - and are willing to help each other through it.
