Hobbit Hike: Exploration Peak Trail & Anniversary Picnic

​Grab your garb and join the Hobbit Hike four our two year anniversary!

​This will be a fun, nerdy day on the trail where we’ll walk like the Fellowship in Renfaire costumes! Meet fellow nerds, enjoy some fresh air, add some whimsy to your day.

​THIS HIKE HAS 180FT OF ELEVATION. PLEASE BRING HIKING SHOES!

After the hike, we'll have a BYOB picnic to celebrate 2 Years of Hobbit Hike!

​Meetup-Details:

​Where: Exploration Peak Trail at Exploration Peak Park

​Time: 8:30 am ​​Head to Trail: 9:00 am

​Trail: Exploration Peak Trail

​Trail length: 1.5 hours

​Difficulty: Easy-Moderate. 180FT Elevation Gain.

​🏔️Requirements: This trail is gravelly- PLEASE BRING HIKING SHOES WITH SOME GRIP.

​🏔️Outfits: Fantasy/DnD/LoTR costumes encouraged!

​Please eat beforehand so you don’t get tired!

​Please Bring:

​1. Water: At least 2-3 liters to stay hydrated in the desert heat.

​2. Snacks: High-energy snacks like protein bars, nuts, or fruit.

​3. Hiking Shoes with Grip

​4. Sun protection

​5. Comfortable clothing: Lightweight, moisture-wicking clothes, plus a jacket if it’s chilly.

​6. Backpack: To carry your items and keep your hands free.

​7. Camera/Phone: To capture the amazing views!
