Esmeralda Town Hall

​​​Hello from Devon! My team and I are excited to welcome you to another event regarding the Esmeralda development project that we are proposing for the Alexander Valley Resort (AVR) site on the southeast end of Cloverdale.

​The City Council has collected a list of questions the have arisen as we’ve done local outreach over the past year about our proposal.

​The purpose of this event is to provide another forum to respond to these questions and continue the dialogue with folks who are interested in learning more about what was previously approved at the site and how we are proposing to modify those plans.

​There will be a presentation towards the beginning of the event based on the questions the City Council has been collecting, and then we will jump into Q&A.
