About Event

Part of Twin Cities Startup Week 2026, September 14–18.

Building a business affects much more than your work. It can change your relationships, your routines, how you spend your time, and even how you define success for yourself.

This panel brings together women founders for a candid conversation about the parts of entrepreneurship that happen outside the pitch deck and business plan. They'll talk about wearing multiple hats, navigating relationships with friends and family, managing burnout, dealing with outside expectations, and figuring out how to keep building without losing themselves in the process.

Attendees should leave with an honest look at the realities of entrepreneurship and perspectives from women who have had to decide what success looks like on their own terms.
