About Event

Part of Twin Cities Startup Week 2026, September 14–18.

What does it take to build a business that creates meaningful impact and actually works in the real world?

Educators from St. Catherine University join local business leaders to explore how interdisciplinary entrepreneurship addresses pressing environmental challenges. The panel bridges academic theory and market reality, delivering actionable best practices for participants launching or scaling purpose-driven ventures in Minnesota.

Attendees will leave with practical perspectives for building businesses where people, planet, purpose, and profitability don't have to be competing priorities.

  • Greg White, Chief Technology Officer, Prototype Garage

  • Sarah Lechowich, CEO & Founder, True North Roofing

  • Dr. Paula Furey, Endowed Professor, St. Catherine University
