Rather than relying on generic advice, you'll work through a model informed by the patterns our experienced mentors use to identify what a business should focus on next.
Pre-work: To get the most out of this workshop, come prepared with your pitch deck or other materials describing your business. You'll use them to apply the mentoring framework during the session.
