As customers, revenue, and complexity increase, founders have to make decisions about what to standardize, what to delegate, where to invest, and which parts of the business need to evolve before they become bottlenecks.
This panel brings together leaders with experience scaling companies, building operational systems, designing resilient business models, and growing go-to-market engines. They’ll explore what founders should be paying attention to as they move beyond the earliest stage, how to recognize when something that used to work is starting to hold the company back, and how to build for growth without adding unnecessary complexity too soon.

Jeff Eddy - Building the systems behind the growth: Jeff will focus on the operational infrastructure growing teams need, including how to create shared systems, workflows, and sources of truth that allow a company to become more sophisticated without burying itself in process.
Peter Hayes, Small Business Designer & Consultant @ Start Green - Designing a business built to last: Peter will bring a business-design perspective to scaling, challenging founders to think beyond growth for growth’s sake and consider how their business model, resources, and decisions can create a company that becomes more resilient as it grows.
