Building GTM for an AI-native company
Part of Twin Cities Startup Week 2026, September 14–18.
How do AI-native companies build their GTM?
The old playbooks assumed a stable product, a defined buyer, and named competition. None of that holds. Your customer is forming their AI strategy while you’re in the room. Your rival didn’t exist eight months ago. Pricing moves as fast as the product does. The motion gets built mid-flight. Running it and rewriting it at the same time.
Daisy Hoang, M.S., CRO at TinyFish, will share what it takes to build an AI-native GTM function from the ground up. Where the first real signals show up. What needs structure early, and what needs room. Which parts of the enterprise playbook still hold, and where they break.
Sowmya Podila, Lead Applied AI Scientist on Target’s Advanced AI team, will share how the retail giant is building AI factories - Enterprise AI that can solve multidomain problems and scale across its operations, what they want to build and owns internally vs what and when to buy, evaluate AI project ROI, and what actually moves pilot to production.

When you arrive, check in on the 1st floor.
