Leading Through Complexity: Communication & Leadership Skills for Project Managers

​Project success depends not only on technical expertise but also on a project manager’s ability to lead with clarity, manage conflict, and align diverse stakeholders. This interactive workshop is designed to help Project Management students strengthen the leadership and communication skills most critical in today’s complex, interdependent project environments.

​Drawing from both project management fundamentals and effective communication strategies, participants will explore the dynamics of stakeholder conflict, interdependencies, and team alignment. Through a case discussion and skill-building exercises, students will learn how to:
