Brought to you by USC's "OWN IT" Student Org, our summit serves as a high-octane, authentic launchpad for USC’s women and non-binary community to bridge the gap between ambition and action. Centered around this year's theme, 'Women Who Lead Worlds,' we are spotlighting the visionaries and disruptors who aren't just navigating industries—they are redefining them. Through immersive company activations, curated networking, and the power of 300+ ambitious peers, this is your invitation to show up, level up, and architect the future you want to see.

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Check-in & Company Activations - Kick off the day with a Porto’s Bakery breakfast and interactive activations. Create custom keychains with The Giving Keys, get hands-on with House of Clay, and more.
9:10 AM – 10:00 AM | The Kickoff - Opening remarks from the OWN IT team and Deans Roxworthy (SDA) and Lin-Kirk (Roski), plus a high-energy "Energy Boosta" segment with raffle prizes.
10:05 AM – 11:00 AM | Women Leading Social Change Panel - A deep dive into social impact featuring powerhouse Executives.
11:15 AM – 1:00 PM | Taste-&-Talk - Network over lunch with company reps. Plus, fill up your "Connection Card" with stamps from industry leaders to unlock prizes later!
1:10 PM – 2:00 PM | Entertainment and Mental Health Panel - An unfiltered talk on digital wellness with creators.
2:05 PM – 3:05 PM | Women in Business: Presented by Twelve - Insights on leadership and innovation from corporate icons.
3:05 PM – 3:30 PM | Start Before You’re Ready: Why action creates clarity (and confidence follows) - A final, forward-looking keynote from Nicole Lord (KPMG).
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM | The Haul & Wrap-Up: Time to collect! Pick up your curated swag bag (featuring Tower 28, Postmates, and more! $100+ Valuation), redeem your Connection Card prizes, and grab final photos.

Arrival: You must arrive between 8:00 – 9:00 AM to attend the summit. We will not except late arrivals, or people who did not RSVP.
