USC OWN IT 2026: Women’s Leadership Summit

​This isn’t your typical rigid summit. USC's OWN IT Summit is a high-energy, authentic space designed for USC's women and non-binary community to learn directly from creators, competitors, and industry disruptors. This year, we are centered around the theme "Women Who Lead Worlds," celebrating those who are redefining industries and building the future they want to see.

​The Experience -

• ​8:00 – 9:00 AM | Check-in & The Haul

  • ​Grab your name tag, event "gamecard", and a hefty breakfast from Porto’s Bakery. This is where you pick up your curated swag bag featuring must-haves from partners like Tower 28 and Postmates. Hit the photo ops and energy stations to set the vibe!

• ​9:10 – 9:15 AM | OWN IT Welcome

  • ​The OWN IT team officially kick off the summit.

• ​9:15 – 9:40 AM | Setting the Stage & Defining the Vision
  Powerful opening remarks from Dean Roxworthy (USCSDA) and Dean Lin-Kirk (Roski) to provide the inspiration and grounding for the day ahead.

• ​9:40 – 10:00 AM | Energy Boosta!

  • ​Time to wake up the room! Join us for a fun, fast-paced session with raffle opportunities to get the adrenaline flowing.

• ​10:05 – 11:00 AM | Panel: Women Leading Social Change

  • ​Our first deep dive into the titans shifting the cultural and social landscape, featuring CEOs and non-profit leaders. Check out our Insta @uscownit to see the line-up!

• ​11:15 AM – 1:00 PM | Taste & Talk Luncheon

  • ​Enjoy lunch while rotating through themed sponsor tables, such as a KPMG and COX Automotive table. Meet industry leaders and connect with 300+ ambitious peers to earn Connection Card stamps (which can be redeemed for prizes at the end of the day!).

• ​1:10 – 2:00 PM | Women in the Spotlight: Social Media & Mental Health

  • ​A transparent conversation on social media and mental health, featuring influencers like Serena Page and Meg DeAngelis.

• ​2:05 – 3:05 PM | Women in Business: From Idea to Impact, Presented by Twelve

  • ​A must-watch session on the intersection of corporate leadership and business innovation, hear from corporate and law leaders, such as the CEO of LiveKindred.

• ​3:05 – 3:25 PM | Closing Keynote

  • ​A final, forward-looking message from Nicole Lord from KPMG, a powerhouse, to wrap up the experience.

• ​3:25 – 3:30 PM | OWN IT Closing Remarks

  • ​A final, forward-looking message from a surprise industry powerhouse to wrap up the experience.

• ​3:30 – 4:30 PM | Post-Event Wrap & Gift Table

  • ​Claim your prizes at the check-in table and squeeze in those last-minute company activations and photo ops before we head out.

​Between the photo ops, company activations, incredible food, and the chance to "OWN IT" with your peers, this is the day to truly show up, level up, and lead with authenticity.

• ​Arrival: You must arrive between 8:00 – 9:00 AM to attend the summit. We will not except late arrivals, or people who did not RSVP.
