​Why do I resist self love?

​A part of us knows self love is the key to an inner freedom and a richer life. Another part of us thinks we are undeserving. It lists reasons why we can’t love ourselves.

​The Self Love Expedition embarks on May 30th! This no-cost webinar series will be led by Rich Love and Scott Grusky. We will meet online for one hour every other Saturday at 4:30 pm MDT for 10 weeks, starting on May 30, 2026.

​Landing on sustained self love is priceless. This incredible ten week program led by two amazing coaches is available at no cost.

​Scott is a life coach and Three Principles practitioner. He holds a B.A. from UCSB and M.A. from Harvard, but it's the training he received from George and Linda Pransky that forever changed his life.

​As a Mental Tension Coach, Rich Life helps achievers release mental tension so they can discover self love. He’s the host of the Releasing Mental Tension Podcast.
