​Tired of going to networking events and meeting hundreds of people, but not actually...making friends? Tech is such an extroverted industry, but so many people still feel lonely.

​This is a park meetup for people in tech (or not in tech!) who want to make an actual friend and meet people with no strings attached (i.e. pitching your startup to everyone that says hi to you).

​Meeting people with no agenda is hard for just about everyone (unless you're an extreme extrovert), so we'll have some games and activities to facilitate conversation.

​What to bring:

• ​Picnic blanket or lawn chair

• ​Your fav snack to contribute to snack table (popcorn, chips, soda, whatever)

• ​Frisbee, spikeball, football, etc. (we'll have stuff, too)

• ​Willingness to get out of your comfort zone!!!

​Where to meet:

​Rules:

• ​No talking about tech or work

• ​No pitching your startup

• ​Say hi to at least 3 people (more of a suggestion)

• ​No connecting on Linkedin. Other social medias and phone numbers are OK!
