

Strong Girl Summer Challenge
Welcome to the WLAG x BRB Strong Girl Summer Challenge!
This is a 6-week strength training experience designed for the woman navigating life changes while trying to prioritize herself again.
Led by Brittany Rose Belezos (BRB), ACE CPT, NASM Nutrition Coach, RYT-500 and Founder of BRB Health Club, this challenge is built around sustainable strength training, progressive overload, and creating habits that actually stick.
Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll focus on:
•Building lean muscle
•Increasing strength
•Improving energy and endurance
•Creating consistency without burnout
•Feeling empowered in your body again
This program follows a full-body training split 4x/week so you consistently target upper body, lower body, and core throughout the week without overcomplicating your schedule. Every workout includes both 30-minute and 60-minute options.
