​Candlelit Pilates at De Kasteelvrouwe

​Your midweek reset, but make it magical.

​Join Core & More Events and the De Kasteelvrouwe community on Wednesday, November 25th, for an evening of Pilates, candlelight, chai lattes and connection in one of Groningen's most beautiful locations.

​We'll begin at 19:00 with a full-body mat Pilates class led by Amy, founder of Core & More Events. Open to all levels, it's the perfect opportunity to move, unwind, and take some time for yourself.

​Afterwards, enjoy a warming chai latte, meet new people, and connect with our community in the beautiful candlelit castle.
