Join us for a fireside conversation with Bending Spoons co-founder and VP of Product Matteo Danieli at LSE’s Hong Kong Theatre on Tuesday 27 October, 6:30 - 7:30pm. The fireside will be followed by a networking session with Matteo and the Bending Spoons recruitment team.
Matteo co-founded Bending Spoons in 2013 and has since built it into one of technology’s most closely watched acquirers. Bending Spoons acquires and transforms digital businesses — overhauling the technology, redesigning the product, and rebuilding how they grow. It aims to hold these businesses in perpetuity, and has never sold an acquired company.
Bending Spoons’ portfolio spans more than 50 acquisitions, including AOL, Vimeo, Airtable, Evernote, Eventbrite, WeTransfer, Miro and Brightcove. Together these products reach in excess of 1 billion registered users and 400 million monthly active users.
In July 2026, Bending Spoons listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker BSP and now carries a market capitalisation of ~US$34 billion.
