Galveston Bay Foundation Seawolf Park Cleanup

​​Galveston Bay Foundation is proud to lead cleanup at Seawolf Park as part of the World Cup Bayou Cleanup Project, a citywide effort to remove trash, reduce pollution, and better understand how major events impact our waterways. We're so glad you'll be joining us to make a positive impact and help us collect important trash data!

​​Cleanup Details

​​100 Seawolf Park Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550

​​July 8th, 2026, 9am - 11am

​​Tell the booth attendant you are there for a marine debris survey, and they will let you park for free.

​​Wear outdoor clothing and closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle with you. Bug spray, sunscreen, snacks, and equipment are all provided.

​​There are bathrooms on site.

​​​We have two ways to participate as a volunteer!

​​​General Cleanup Volunteer - Cleanup trash in the area, no data collection required.

​​​Data Collection Volunteer - Staff will lead a marine debris audit with your help! You will be guided in proper protocol to collect & itemize trash within an area. Arrive by 8:45am. No prior training required.
