Thanks + Giving (part 2: giving back)
Thursday, November 19th, we begin by slowing down to notice what we're grateful for. Saturday, November 21st, we put that gratitude into action.
This is part two: giving back
We'll be volunteering with West Side Campaign Against Hunger (WSCAH), for their annual holiday food distribution. Together, we’ll be handing out turkeys to New Yorkers in need and helping make the holiday a little brighter for our neighbors.
You’re welcome to join us for this volunteering experience on its own, or make it part of the larger two-part experience. You don't need to attend part one to participate in part two.
What to expect
A hands-on volunteer shift 9am - 12pm (Must be comfortable being on your feet).
A small group of 15
Optional lunch after at a nearby restaurant. (No need to commit right now.)
Registration is $5, and all proceeds will be donated to WSCAH.
The $5 contribution is a small way to commit to showing up while supporting the organization we're volunteering with. WSCAH is counting on us for a set number of volunteers, so if your plans change, please cancel your RSVP so someone else can take your place.
You'll also be asked to complete a volunteer form before November 21st.
We'd love to see you at both gatherings, but you're absolutely welcome to join us for just this one. Every way of showing up matters.

Natalie Cramer is the founder and host of Single Saturdays + Human Hearts Collective. As a growth-minded single, she enjoys self-development work and understanding how we relate to ourselves and others. With a background in communications and creative life coaching, she's now bringing it all together to support singles through fun and engaging experiences.
