¡Vamos a ver salir el sol sobre el Mediterráneo, sin móvil y con el boli en la mano! Una mañana de sábado tranquila con silencio, journaling y conexión real en la playa de la Patacona, junto a Mar de Oona. 🌅
Imagina esto: el cielo tiñéndose de rosa sobre el mar, 100 personas sentadas en la arena en completo silencio y la primera luz del día cayendo sobre tu libreta. El sábado 17 de octubre cambiamos el scroll de la mañana por el amanecer.
Qué esperar:
🤫 5 minutos de silencio compartido, que terminan justo cuando sale el sol (08:10).
✍️ 3 prompts de journaling guiados (5 minutos cada uno).
💬 1 prompt social: escribe y luego comparte con un desconocido (o conocido).
📵 Teléfonos guardados durante toda la mañana (política de "sin móviles").
☕ Quédate después para tomar un café (opcional) juntos.

📍 Playa de la Patacona, (ubicación exacta visible cuando te registras)
🗓 Sábado 17 de octubre, de 07:45 a 09:30. Por favor, llega puntual: empezamos a las 08:00 en punto, y el sol no espera a nadie 😉
🎟 €5 por entrada.
Qué traer:
📓 Una libreta o diario y un boli.
🧺 Una toalla o manta para sentarte.
🧥 Algo de abrigo, porque las mañanas junto al mar son fresquitas (±15 °C).
🔦 Opcional: una lucecita, porque cuando llegamos aún está amaneciendo.
👯 Opcional: un amigo o amiga que necesite una mañana tranquila (o que nunca haya visto un amanecer).

Imagine this: the sky turning pink over the sea, 100 people sitting on the sand in complete silence, and the first light of the day landing on your notebook. On Saturday, October 17th, we're swapping the morning scroll for the sunrise.
What to expect:
🤫 5 minutes of shared silence, ending right as the sun comes up (08:10).
✍️ 3 guided journaling prompts (5 minutes each).
💬 1 social prompt: write, then share with a stranger (or a friend).
📵 Phones tucked away for the entire morning (no-phone policy).
☕ Stay after for an (optional) coffee together.

🗓 Saturday, October 17th, from 07:45 to 09:30. Please be on time: we start at 08:00 sharp, and the sun waits for no one 😉

What to bring:

🧺 A towel or blanket to sit on.
🧥 A warm layer, because mornings by the sea can be chilly (±15 °C).
🔦 Optional: a small light, since it's still getting light when we arrive.
