​Who owns the unowned problem?

​Who decides it is their job to fix what everyone in the room can see is broken? Where does the connective tissue of an organisation actually sit, and who is responsible for it when it frays? When modernisation accelerates faster than trust can be rebuilt, who is left holding the line?

​These are questions every leader faces, in the principal's chair or next to it, and 'The Unowned Problem', the latest issue of the Chief of Staff Association journal, explores them in depth. To mark its launch, we are convening a panel of contributors to discuss what gets lost between strategy and execution in complex organisations, and who is positioned to close that gap.

​This event is open to anyone with a stake in how organisations are led: chiefs of staff, principals, and the executive office. If you have ever wondered why a well-designed strategy stalls on its way to the front line, or who in your organisation can help, this event is for you.

​Moderated by Henry Martin, Editorial Manager at the CSA, the panel includes:

​Journal contributors will give a short reading. This is followed by a wider panel discussion and audience Q&A.
