Success Series: Annual Strategic Planning That Drives Results

Most organisations hold an annual planning offsite. Far fewer turn that time into decisions that still hold in March. The difference sits in the preparation, the agenda design and the discipline of the room.

This session treats the offsite as something a chief of staff both designs and runs. We will cover the pre-work that makes real decisions possible, including a budget that arrives around 90% ready and data packets circulated in advance. We will look at how to separate strategic discussion from brainstorming and concrete planning, and why energy, pacing and room setup shape the quality of thinking. Decision hygiene runs through all of it.

Attendees will leave with a practical approach to designing and running annual planning, and a clearer view of how a well-run offsite carries into execution all year.
