Leadership Series: Serving as CoS During Leadership Transition Panel

​This panel brings together three chiefs of staff who have each navigated a leadership transition and are sharing what that experience looked like in practice.

​Cat Shepherd, Stew Whitehead and Brad Abare will discuss what it means to keep an organisation focused and confident while leadership changes, how to build trust with a new principal from scratch, how to understand their priorities and working style quickly, and how to manage the competing demands that come from every direction during a period of uncertainty. Panellists will also reflect honestly and share what they would do differently.
